“Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence.” -Aristotle

Meet Lauryn Blandford, LMHC, North reading, Ma office

Do you have a child/adolescent struggling to meet expectations at home and/or at school? Have you tried the traditional approach to discipline without success? Have they been suspended or expelled? Are you tired of the drama and the fighting? Are you a teenager and people are constantly on your back about everything and want to be heard, validated and understood?

I have advanced clinical training in a new approach to managing behavior, a collaborative approach where we work together to figure out the underlying issues getting in the way of success, and put together a plan to support building the skills needed to be successful. To stop the drama at home, to feel supported at school, and to feel heard and validated.

All behavior makes sense given enough information, I would like to help you find the information needed to stop the drama, manage behaviors, and start feeling successful again.
